A bad bus, but a lucky break for Sacha

Sacha is neither the top pupil nor the most popular in his class. In fact, he rather feels as though he’s the class scapegoat. So when his class sets off on a school trip to the Île de Ré, he doesn’t expect to have an extraordinary adventure. But on the day of departure, disaster strikes! Running late, he gets on the wrong bus! And by the time he realises his mistake, he’s already a long way away. Instead of his classmates, he finds himself surrounded by a group of pensioners who are as chatty as they are unpredictable. Amidst unlikely situations, unexpected bursts of laughter and surprising encounters, Sacha discovers a world he could never have imagined. What if this mistake turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to him? A funny, lively story full of surprises that proves there’s no age limit on making friends… or on discovering who you really are; proof that a simple mistake can sometimes lead to the most wonderful of journeys!
